GRAPHICS: gimp brushes

I added a bunch of new LJ user-icon border brushes
to the Gimp Resources section of the site:

(I also renamed them all to be "kerravonsen"... rather than
"kat" since "kat" is not unique)

SOFTWARE: new release of txt2html

New version 2.51 of txt2html; fixes the underscore bug,
and some documentation fixes.

BOOK: some books added

I added some more books to my book list, syncing a bit
with stuff I have on LibraryThing; so that basically
there are more of the books on my shelves on the pages.

NETFIC: more reviews

mostly Doctor Who but also one Harry Potter
and a House/Highlander crossover.
