Shards of Honor

Some have said they don't like "Shards of Honor" as much as its sequel, "Barrayar", but I actually like "Shards of Honor" more than Barrayar. It is one of my favourite Vorkosigan novels. Because this tells you how Cordelia and Aral met, I would reccommend it as one possible entry-point into the Vorkosigan series. Because this is a series, I think it does help to read them chronologically, or at least, partly so.
